Are your products really vegan?

Yes! Every single product we sell is 100% plant-based. We're passionate about making authentic Asian cuisine accessible to everyone, no matter their diet.

Are your products fresh, frozen, or shelf-stable?

All of our products are currently shelf-stable, meaning they are stored at room temperature and do not require refrigeration until after they are opened. This makes them super convenient to store and perfect for pantry stocking! Each product page has specific storage instructions, so you'll know exactly how to keep everything fresh.

I have food allergies. How can I check ingredients?

We list all known ingredients on each product page. Since we are a small operation, we handle many products that may contain soy, gluten, or tree nuts. Please read the product descriptions carefully and never hesitate to email us for the most detailed information.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 states within the USA.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and your location. The best part? We offer FREE shipping on all orders over $60!

How long will it take to get my order?

We're a small team (just the two of us!), so please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully pack your order. Once it ships, it typically takes 3-5 business days to arrive. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it's on its way.

Returns & Refunds

What if there's a problem with my order?

We're so sorry if something isn't right! Your satisfaction is our priority. Please contact us at info@greenmekonglotus.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Can I return an item?

Due to the perishable nature of our food products, we cannot accept returns of opened items for refunds. However, we absolutely stand by our products. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please email us and we'll find a solution.

Who is Green Mekong Lotus?

Hi there! We're Tyler and Heather, a couple based near Philadelphia who love cooking Southeast Asian food. We started this company to share our passion for authentic, plant-based ingredients after seeing our local Asian grocery stores disappear. We personally taste-test, pack, and ship every order ourselves!

We work directly with trusted suppliers who specialize in authentic Southeast Asian and plant-based foods. We choose every product for its quality, flavor, and authenticity.
