1. Order Processing & Handling Time
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays) after receipt. Orders placed after 12 PM PST will be considered received the next business day.
- What to Expect: During processing, we carefully pick, pack, and prepare your order for shipment. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we take extra care to package them securely with insulated liners and ice packs to ensure they stay fresh and cool during transit.
2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
- Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States.
- International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the contiguous U.S.
- Shipping Carriers: We primarily partner with USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground for domestic shipments. The carrier and service used are chosen at our discretion to provide the most reliable and cost-effective option for your location.

- How Costs are Calculated: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order, your delivery destination, and the selected service. You will see the final shipping cost before you complete your purchase.
- Free Shipping Threshold: We are delighted to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders over $60 after any discounts are applied and before tax.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times begin from the date your order is shipped (i.e., when you receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number), not from the date you place the order.
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
- Please Note: These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, severe weather, or holidays.
5. Order Tracking & Shipment Confirmation
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes your tracking number and a link to track your package.
- If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@greenmekonglotus.com.
6. Shipping of Perishable Goods & Our Freshness Guarantee
Your products' quality and safety are our top priority.
- Packaging: All perishable items are shipped in insulated boxes with ice packs to maintain a cool temperature during transit.
- Receiving Your Order: Please be prepared to receive your package. We are not responsible for packages that are left unattended and exposed to elements like heat or rain after delivery.
- Inspecting Your Order: We recommend inspecting your products immediately upon delivery. If your items arrive warm, damaged, or you are unsatisfied for any reason, please see our Return & Refund Policy for details on reporting an issue.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of our products, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A physical street address is required for delivery.
8. What If Something Goes Wrong?
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with your household members and neighbors. If it is still missing, contact us immediately, and we will work with the carrier to investigate.
- Incorrect or Damaged Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping at the customer's expense.
- Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives with visible damage to the box, please take pictures of the packaging and contents and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
